"Offering comprehensive alternative care services for young men."
A Typical day at Northland

Our residents are typically up between 5:30 and 6:00 in the morning and straighten up their rooms.

Then it's breakfast which they prepare themselves and eat in the dining area.

They spend time in their recreation area where they can play pool, Nintendo, or watch television.

Then the boys go off to work or school.

Our residents meet with our social worker to discuss their immediate problem areas or perhaps to discuss the dysfunction that put them into the court system.

Our residents take telephone calls from their family members in the living room where they can talk privately.

As you can see, we are trying to help the boys feel at home while they are away from their family.
